La Ciboise (lah see-BWAHZ) is the name of Michel Chapoutier's grandfather's winery. With a good balance of freshness and roundness, and great persistence, this wine is designed to be enjoyed with friends and family and to celebrate everyday life.
Aged on fine lees in vats without malolactic fermentation. After pressing, it is cold-set for 24 hours and fermented in tanks. Aromas of grape blossom, lemon and exotic fruits.
