This produces an intense and characterful wine that benefits from aging. The Syrah has a dark garnet color. On the nose, small black fruits are perceived, enhanced by graphite and toasted bread. On the palate, it is a mix of black fruits, spices, and notes of pepper and stew, with a velvety tannic structure.
