2016 Champagne Frank Bonville Blanc de Blancs Millesime Brut Grand Cru

The Franck Bonville estate was founded in 1926, but its first bottles weren't sold until 20 years later. Its estate spans Cramant, Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Oger, with 20 hectares classified as Grand Cru. The signature of the house is the brioche-like flavor of its champagnes. This is due to its exceptional terroir, its respectful use of nature, and its careful winemaking.
