The Bibi Graetz Testamatta 2019 is an Italian red wine 100% Sangiovese, from the Tuscany region, characterized by its intensity, elegance and a great expression of the terroir. It presents complex aromas of black fruits (cherries, plums, blackberries), blue flowers, spices, tobacco, leather and damp earth, with a minerality marked by the calcareous soils. On the palate, it is powerful and concentrated, with firm yet refined tannins and a long, persistent finish, ideal for pairing with meats, game, and mature cheeses.
