The grapes come from vineyards formed by soil that is particularly rich in clay and limestone and resembles “Tierras Blancas”. This type of compact, impermeable soil forces the vine roots to grow deep into the soil profile to find water. As a result, the vine produces loose clusters with small berries that provide the wine with a high content of mineral nutrients and tannins and ensure a long life.
