The 2018 El Terroir follows the same vein as previous vintages and is a selection of Garnacha from its organic and biodynamically cultivated plots (though not certified), fermented with native yeasts and aged in barrels for 18 months. It is clean and aromatic, with a herbaceous freshness and a certain leafy touch that even reminds me of Menc\u00eda. The oak is perfectly integrated and blends into the wine, which is balanced and elegant, with a Mediterranean touch characteristic of San Mart\u00edn. On the palate, it has a medium-full body, with very fine, chalky tannins. 24,000 bottles were produced.
