Bernard Baudry Les Granges is a biodynamic single-varietal Cabernet Franc red wine made by Bernard Baudry under the AOC Chinon in the Loire Valley, France.
\nThe grapes used to make Bernard Baudry Les Granges wine come from vines planted between 1985 and 1988 on alluvial terraces composed of mixed gravel and sand soils. The harvest is carried out manually. The grapes ferment for two weeks in cement tanks, and the resulting wine ages for seven to ten months, depending on the vintage, also in cement tanks.
