Lionel Faury Saint-Joseph 'La Gloriette' Vieilles Vignes (2021). This Saint Joseph La Gloriette comes from vines between 45 and 65 years old, which interestingly benefit from their northern orientation, as the wind allows for longer ripening. This produces an intense and characterful wine that benefits from aging. The Syrah has a dark garnet color. On the nose, small black fruits are perceived, enhanced by graphite and toasted bread. On the palate, it is a mix of black fruits, spices, and notes of pepper and stew, with a velvety tannic structure.<\/span><\/p>\n
