Legras & Haas is a family-run Champagne winery founded in 1991 by Brigitte Haas and Fran\u00e7ois Legras in Choully. Fran\u00e7ois Legras inherited the family tradition of Champagne making, which dates back to the late 19th century. Before founding his own winery, Fran\u00e7ois was the winemaker, like his ancestors since the 16th century. Today, the vineyards and winery are managed by his three sons, Olivier, R\u00e9mi, and J\u00e9r\u00f4me.
