2014 Ridge Geyserville Alexander Valley

Ridge has made the Geyserville as a single-site zinfandel in every year since 1966. The grapes are grown on three adjoining vineyards on a defined stretch of gravel soil. Sensual flavors support a rich tannin structure. This magnificent harvest will be pleasant.
Twenty-six fermented batches were blind tested for assembly. Zinfandel yields were low, giving greater importance to Carignane and Petite Sirah.
