CHARACTERISTICS

We are very happy with the abundant high quality fruit harvested. During fermentation, we use pumping and pumping techniques to guarantee a balanced extraction of flavor, aromas with structure and color. The barrel allows influences of sweet notes and a great structure perfectly integrated with the fruit and the rich ripe tannins of the wine.
