There is no intention to deviate from the previous style of fine and fragrant wines.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Small changes include the purchase of a new destemmer that sends the grapes to the fermentation vats without crushing. The vineyards are still managed according to la lutte raisonn\u00e9e, although Charles is open to an organic approach in the future.
