2017 Fattoria Le Pupille Saffredi

Saffredi was born in 1987 from the vineyard planted around Magliano 7 years earlier, by Elisabetta's mentor, Fredi, and his dear friend Giacomo Tachis. Fredi was never able to taste the fruits of his vineyard, since this Elisabetta decided to dedicate this wine to her daughters' grandfather. After its release, Saffredi very quickly became a legend of Maremma and Tuscany, which it still is today.
