The 2022 Chambolle-Musigny is made from Pinot Noir with an average vine age of 35 years. It comes from a 3.53-hectare plot located between 235 and 330 meters above sea level on clayey-limestone soil. Harvesting is done manually, with selection and partial destemming (70 to 90 t/h). Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, and punching down is performed during fermentation. The wine ages for 14 months in oak barrels; between 10 and 15 t/h in new barrels and between 2 and 8 years old.
