2018 Alta Mora Etna Bianco

A very pronounced nose frames straw, dried mangoes, bread crust, passion fruit, dried pineapple, and papaya. This might suggest a massive wine, but the palate is very steely and crisp, with direct acidity that creates a bold image of firm citrus. A beautiful contrasting white to drink now.
