2018 Muller-Catoir Mussbach Riesling Kabinet

The clear, ripe citrus aromas of the Mussbach Riesling Kabinett are perfectly balanced and wrapped in a delicious combination of fruity sweetness and fresh acidity: multi-layered, lively, and light.

The winery was founded in the 18th century by the Huguenot Catoir family; the oldest document referring to viticulture dates back to 1744. For almost 100 years, the winery was run by women (great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother of the current owner). It is currently run by the ninth generation, Jakob Heinrich Catoir and his son, Philipp David, with Martin Franzen as winery manager.
