Envínate La Santa de Úrsula 2021 is a light and elegant red wine, made with Negramoll and Listán Negro grapes from the La Corujera region, in northern Tenerife. It is characterized by its freshness, lightness, and aromas of red fruits, with notes of currant, violet, and blackberry.
Fermentation by plots in plastic pots and concrete tanks, with partial carbonic maceration (20% of the wine). Aged in used 228-liter oak barrels for 8 months.
Ideal for pairing with elegant dishes such as stewed poultry, fatty meats, vegetables, rice and pasta with tasty sauces
