Peggy and Jean-Pascal Buronfosse moved to JF Ganevat's village, La Combe de Rotalier, in 1999, after growing tired of urban life. They wanted to live in a rural setting where they could grow their own vegetables and raise chickens, rabbits, and pigs. Initially, their dream was to own a farm, but viticulture gradually sparked their curiosity. They realized they wanted to grow both their own food and their own drink. After acquiring several small plots of vineyard, they began working through trial and error, with the help of Mr. Ganevat. Today, they have undoubtedly found their path.
