2015 Vietti Perbacco Langhe DOC Nebbiolo Piemonte

Grapes coming from different Nebbiolo vineyards, included mainly within Barolo and in recent vintages, also from the Barbaresco area. Alcoholic fermentation lasts about 3/4 weeks. Each batch is processed and aged separately until those are selected to be included for the Perbacco blend, those that are not, will continue to age to become Barolo Castiglione (excluding Barbaresco packages)
