2016 Bertrand and Sourdais Antidote

This wine is a different Ribera from the eastern area of the appellation, in the province of Soria. This area is made up of multiple, tiny plots of old pre-phylloxera vines located at about 1000 m altitude. They only work with old fine red vines and with exhaustive control of yields, following the parameters of organic viticulture.
