Stoney minerality extends from the nose to the palate, lending weight and gravitas to the concentrated flavors of yellow peach and mirabelle plum. Sourced from the volcanic soils of the Siefersheim vineyard, it is a voluptuous and intensely ripe Pinot Blanc anchored by firm hits of steel and smoke, although a little nervous in youth, it should bloom gloriously between 2023 and 2030.
