Cien Lanzas Cenicientos 2020 is a high-altitude red wine made by 4 Monos, a group of friends passionate about the Sierra de Gredos. This is a Crianza red wine, notable for its floral aromas and more austere palate. The wine is made with Garnacha, Cariñena, and Garnacha Blanca grapes from high-altitude vineyards in the village of Cenicientos, fermented with whole bunches and native yeasts, and matured in used oak barrels for 12 months.
