2021 PIRA Langhe Nebbiolo

The Langhe Nebbiolo winemaking process takes place in horizontal, temperature-controlled fermentation tanks for 10-15 days. The wine matures for 12 months, partly in small wooden barrels (casks and tuns) and partly in large wooden barrels. It has an intense garnet red color. On the nose, it is youthful and complex, with fruity and spicy notes and a light touch of leather. On the palate, it is youthful, round, and full-bodied, with sweet, soft, and persistent tannins.
