2018 Domaine de Chevalier – Clos des Lunes Lune Blanche

Clos des Lunes “Lune Blanche” is the estate’s entry-level wine, ideal for enjoying early. It is aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and concrete vats for an average of six months before bottling. It is made from a blend of 70 % Semillon and 30 % Sauvignon Blanc. Clos des Lunes can be enjoyed young without decanting. In fact, it is delicious and a true youthful luxury, even at its release! However, Clos des Lunes has the ability to develop and age, so depending on the wine and vintage, it can be aged for a few years.
