Maison Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is a Burgundian producer based in Chassagne-Montrachet, in the Côte de Beaune subregion. It is known for its excellent Chardonnay wines and has most of its vineyards in Saint-Aubin. The estate was founded in 2005 by couple Pierre-Yves Colin and Catherine Morey, both children of esteemed Burgundian winemakers.

Colin was a winemaker at his family's winery since 1995 and in 2001 started a trading business with his wife. In 2005, he left the family farm to establish his own brand with his share of six hectares; the rest of Colin's vineyards remained in the hands of his three brothers, who run Domaine Marc Colin.

Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey has stakes in several top-tier Cru sites in Saint-Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet, including Chatèniere, Champlots, Remilly, Chenevottes and Caillerets. Additionally, the domaine purchases grapes to make wines from several grand cru vineyards, including Bâtard-Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne.

The estate primarily produces Chardonnay, but also produces a small amount of Pinot Noir from Saint-Aubin and Santenay.

In the winery, Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey does not use battonage, but prefers prolonged contact with the lees and aging in barrels. The wines are bottled without filtration and often without clarification.
