On the southern slope of Ayler Kupp, the summit rises 170 meters above the plain. The lower part of the slope benefits from centuries of erosion caused by the higher slate slope. Here, the most finely eroded stones accumulate due to rain erosion. The small fragments remain available to the vines as a source of minerals. This dry, persistent wine comes from old vines and is dense, exciting, and always slightly salty on the palate.
