Tío Pepe is a person, an icon, and above all, a wine. This 1% wine is made from Palomino Fino grapes, aged biologically and aged for at least four years in American oak barrels following the traditional criaderas and solera system. It has a pale golden color, similar to topaz, clean and bright. Almond notes resonate on the palate, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness. It is completely dry with a long and complex aftertaste. It has sharp and delicate aromas, very elegant, with a powerful bouquet with almond notes and hints of fresh bread dough, distinctive touches of "la flor."
