2012 Lopez de Heredia Viña Cubillo Crianza

Viña Cubillo wines come from a farm called Viña Cubillas. Historically these wines were called Vendimia Especial. The average age of the vineyard is 40 years. It extends over a total area of 24 hectares, of which 16 are Tempranillo, 4 Garnacha Tinta, 2 Mazuelo and 2 Graciano.

With places like La Encina or La Monja, this estate produces exceptional wines that are marketed every year only as Crianzas, but that could perfectly be destined for Great Reserves due to the excellent quality conditions of the estate.
