2015 Raúl Pérez The Arrotos of the Banner

Los Arrotos del Pendón 2015, a single-varietal red wine from Prieto Picudo by Raúl Pérez, is a wine of great body and complexity. It is characterized by aromas of meat, smoke, cassis, stone fruit, chocolate, violet and blackberry. On the palate it is opulent, well-structured, enveloping and velvety, with balanced acidity.

Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.  It is suggested to pair with meat rice dishes, stews, steak tartare and cow's cheeses.
