The Envínate Palo Blanco 2019 wine is a single-varietal white wine made with the Listán Blanco grape variety, sourced from centuries-old vineyards in the La Orotava Valley, Tenerife. The volcanic soils and altitude of 550-600 meters give this wine its unique characteristics.
Aged in oak foudres for 10 months. Mineral and saline, with notes of stone, citrus fruits, and herbs. Ideal for pairing with fish, seafood, salads, and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature 8-10°C.
