La Vitoriana 2019, from La Vizcaína de Vinos, is a red wine from the Bierzo region of Spain, made with the Mencia grape variety. It stands out for its notes of ripe red fruit and a balance between acidity and tannins. The grapes are harvested manually, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, using dry ice in the first phase. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and bottled without filtering or clarifying.
