Maison Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is located in Chassagne-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune sub-region of Burgundy. The estate was created in 2005 by husband and wife Pierre-Yves Colin (son of Marc Colin) and Catherine Morey. They own plots at several Premier Cru class sites in Saint-Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet and also purchase grapes from several Grand Cru vineyards including Bâtard-Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne. In the winery, Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey does not use the batonnage technique and favors contact with the lees and barrel aging.
