2021 Oriol Artigas La Rumbera

Fresh and saline Pansa Blanca wine from vineyards between 35 and 80 years old, with granitic sand soils and Quaternary alluvial terraces with fossils, and close proximity to the Mediterranean. Production: Manual harvest. 80% destemmed grapes, soft pressing, fermentation with native yeasts.

Manual harvest. 80% from the destemmed grapes, gently pressed. Aged in stainless steel tanks on its lees for 6 months. No clarification, filtering, or addition of sulfites. 

Pale yellow in color. Aromas of white fruit, citrus, and saline notes, with a light floral touch. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with a long finish.

Natural wine, without designation of origin, made with a low-impact philosophy. It is a vegan-friendly wine.
