NV Lustao Fino Jarana Palomino Fino

Pale straw-colored, with a pungent, almond-like and mineral aroma, reminiscent of chalk and albariza.

On the palate, it's dry, saline, and iodized. It has a slightly bitter finish reminiscent of bread and green olives. Aged under a veil of flor (a type of wine) at the Las Cruces winery in Jerez de la Frontera. The inland climate of Jerez gives the wines greater body and a rounder style.
