2019 Pegasus (Telmo Rodriguez) Zeta

This is the most pleasant, delicate, and accessible wine from the Sierra de Gredos, produced using our old organic Garnacha vines, harvested by some of our suppliers. The slate and granite soils blend together, giving this wine depth and fruity character.

Made with native yeasts. Aged for 6 months in 500-liter French barrels of various origins and ages. Aged for 6 months in steel tanks.
