Raúl Pérez presents a blend featuring the Mencía variety as the main ingredient, complemented in small quantities by three unusual varieties: Batardo, Garnacha Tintorera, and Doña Blanca.

The Vizcaína of wines It's a vineyard located at the bottom of a hillside. All sediment and precipitation collect there, so the soil is very deep, rich in clay, and has a large amount of water, meaning it never runs the risk of dehydration in dry years. The wine is rich, with a rounded profile and quite accessible to everyone.
