Heaven Sake Junmai 12 by KONISHI is a sake blend created by Regis Camus and the head of the Konishi beer company. It is a sake with an ABV of 16%. It has aromatic notes of salted caramel, cocoa, kumquat, and almond. It also has pleasant pastry notes and a fresh, bright finish. It's also a good accompaniment to ceviche, raw oysters, tuna tartare, poached fish, shrimp cocktails, sashimi Margherita pizza, hamburgers, and New York strip steaks.
