2021 Jean Francois Ganevat Poulprix

La Combe, a small hamlet located above the village of Rotalier, is home to the imposing "Fan Fan" Jean-François Ganevat. Jean-François returned to the family estate in 1998 after ten years working in Burgundy and combines his passion for the Jura terroir with a staunch defense of Burgundian techniques: low yields and, more recently, biodynamic methods, for which he has obtained Demeter certification.
